• How to Set Up Initial Steps: Select the location. Lay the banner on the ground. Place the rods along the left and right side of the banner at a distance of 12” each. Mark the spot where the rods are placed. Hammer the spike base into the ground. Place the rods on both the spike bases
• How to Set Up Final Steps: After placing rods attach the snap hooks to the top and bottom grommets of the banner one by one. Attach the bungee cords with the metal stakes to keep the banner stand in an upright position. Adjust the flag hook on both the spike bases. Loosen and tighten the screw till an optimum tension is achieved
